Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership, Inc. (ANDP) provides safe and stable housing to working families in metro Atlanta. This past fiscal year, ANDP and our development partners housed over 1,800 low-to-moderate-income (LMI) individuals and facilitated almost $1.5 million in down payment assistance to homeowners. Through our Loan Fund, we supported the development of 465 units of affordable housing for LMI families. 

We also finished construction on two affordable multifamily properties, Symphony at Lakewood (right) and Arden, which now house additional renters in metro Atlanta who would otherwise be housing insecure in a market lacking affordable housing. Additionally, we became the first nonprofit organization in the country to partner with an institutional investor disposing of properties through a “First Look” program to purchase homes to rehab and sell or rent to LMI families.

ANDP is using innovative techniques to address the housing supply gap, the affordability gap, and the racial wealth gap which, according to a recent study by the National Community Reinvestment Coalition (NCRC), has remained unchanged for the past 30 years. Our work of providing critical affordable housing in metro Atlanta is not possible without friends like you, and we are grateful for your commitment to our efforts.
