Catholic Charities Atlanta's Vision & Approach
Catholic Charities Atlanta ensures that vulnerable individuals can attain economic self-sufficiency through programs designed to develop critical life skills, provide education and access to employment, address their well-being, and ensure families have basic food security and safety. We believe that charitable assistance that leaves the poor as they are is not sufficient.
Our team has been working with marginalized populations for 75 years. We value the dignity and uniqueness of each person and strive to provide compassionate service, advocating for social justice and building partnerships with the community.
Our goal is to leverage our experience, services, and partnerships to move families out of poverty once and for all. We want to provide a hand up, not a hand out for those who want to live independent, self-directed lives free of financial instability and homelessness. We provide a holistic combination of accredited social services that remove barriers to self-sufficiency and wholeness. We tailor our services for the unique circumstances of the people we serve.
Your support allows CCA to continue to serve the vulnerable and marginalized in a dignifying and holistic manner. Thank you.
