The Center for Family Resources

The Center for Family Resources (CFR) mission is to reduce childhood homelessness by serving and empowering families through prevention, crisis intervention, housing support, education, and compassionate care management. CFR is a Cobb County-based organization that works exclusively to serve children and their families that are either homeless or in danger of becoming homeless.

CFR’s vision is that children and their families experience improved stability through reduced homelessness, empowerment, and pathways that support their success.

We know poverty comes in many forms, with many different causes, and we do our best to address every aspect of the whole person in order to help build a better future. We want families in our community to be equipped with all the resources, support and self-esteem they need to be successful.  We believe in providing tailored, long-term supportive services to our clients.
