$5,000 Goal

The Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Center is a global destination, resource, and educational institution, that creates a more just, humane, and equitable world. We are achieving this goal by educating our patrons on the nonviolent philosophy and methodology of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Over the years; The King Center has been able to respond to social injustice by offering peaceful, sustainable solutions to the problems we face every day.

When you contribute to The King Center on Giving Tuesday, you enable us to change the world by equipping a global audience of individuals and organizations to think, speak, and engage in a love-centered way. We share these ground-breaking philosophies and methodology of nonviolence through our various programs, such as:

Nonviolence365™, our premiere educational and training initiative designed to help participants create environments where all people are treated with dignity, respect, and love.

Beloved Community Talks, a platform designed to improve civil discourse and bridge our nation's political, racial, social, and economic divides through open, honest, and courageous conversations.

Beloved Community Leadership Academy and Students with King, our youth initiatives that prepare youth to become nonviolent transformative leaders in business, educational institutions, and communities.

Be a part of the movement to advance a more just, equitable, and peaceful society! Your gift will help fund our work to ensure everyone thrives and has a better quality of life. I appreciate your support!

A gift at any level will elevate our ongoing impact and services:

  • $50 - Enables us to educate and engage thousands of children and young adults interested in building just and equitable communities.
  • $100  - Contributes to the success of our programs Student With King and the Beloved Community Leadership Academy.
  • $250  - Allows us to provide Nonviolence NV365 training to partners who cannot afford this useful conflict resolution tool.
  • $500 - Enables our Library and Archives to meet industry structures for preserving the largest repository of Civil Rights archives in the World.
