Mary Hall Freedom Village, Inc.

The mission of Mary Hall Freedom Village, Inc. is to empower women, children, veterans, and families to end the cycle of homelessness, addiction, and poverty. Mary Hall Freedom Village accomplishes this mission by offering comprehensive services to help address the behavioral, educational, economic, and housing strains that many of the women they serve face. 

Since its inception in 1996, Mary Hall Freedom Village has successfully equipped thousands of women, children, veterans, and families with the skills and support needed to live healthy, productive, stable, self-sufficient lives. Mary Hall Freedom Village is a national leader in gender-specific behavioral healthcare, housing, and support services, providing an array of programs that contribute to a holistic approach to treating women, children, veterans, and families throughout Metro Atlanta. Mary Hall Freedom Village has blossomed into a vital community asset, with a dedicated staff of 82 who currently serve more than 800 women and children annually. Since its inception in 1996, the organization has transformed the lives of 18,000 women, not to mention families and communities.  Eight current staff members are former program participants—living proof of the power of the organization’s programs and services.
