Minnesota Lynx for American Cancer Society

The Team: The Minnesota Lynx are a professional basketball team based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, playing in the Western Conference in the WNBA. The Team was founded prior to the 1999 season. The Lynx have qualified for the WNBA Playoffs in five of their fifteen years in Minnesota. The team is the defending WNBA Champion, having won the 2013 WNBA Finals. 

The Cause: The Minnesota Lynx are teaming up with 4 other Minnesota based professional sports teams to help fight against cancer with the American Cancer Society. In the weeks leading up to November 12th the team will be spreading awareness via social media about the exciting 24 hour giving event. Are you ready to take part in making fundraising history?
