A nonprofit organization

The Team: The Minnesota Twins are a professional baseball team based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. They play in the Central Division of Major League Baseball's American League. The Minnesota Twins Baseball Club has made a concerted effort to positively affect the community since the club’s move to Minnesota in 1961. The club, its players and employees provide resources, memorabilia, volunteer hours and cash grants to assist more than 5,000 nonprofit organizations and fundraisers in the Upper Midwest and SW Florida each year.

The Cause: The Minnesota Twins are teaming up with 4 other Minnesota based professional sports teams to help fight against cancer with the American Cancer Society. In the weeks leading up to Nov. 12th the team will be spreading awareness via their social media about the 24 hour giving event. Are you ready to take part in making fundraising history?
