NAMI Northside Atlanta

NAMI Northside Atlanta is one of over 650 affiliates in communities across the country, made up of individuals living with a mental illness and their families and friends. We are a grassroots, self-help, support, education, and advocacy organization dedicated to improving the lives of all those affected by serious mental illness. Our mission is to eradicate the stigma associated with these illnesses and to promote research into the causes of and treatments for mental illness. We offer various free educational and support programs for individuals and their families.

NAMI Northside Atlanta serves Buckhead, Vinings, Sandy Springs, Brookhaven, Dunwoody, Alpharetta, Roswell, Norcross, Milton, Johns Creek, and beyond.

NAMI Northside Atlanta is dedicated to eradicating the stigma of mental illness, enhancing the hope of recovery, and improving the quality of life for children and adults who have been diagnosed with a mental illness through advocacy, education, research, and support.
