Obria Medical Clinics Gwinnett

Obria Medical Clinics Gwinnett is the only nonprofit, life-affirming healthcare clinic in Gwinnett County, serving women and families from the entire metro Atlanta area. Our mission is to empower our community to make healthy decisions regarding their reproductive health, their family, and their sexual integrity by providing medical services, foundational education, and material services to women, youth, and families.

We provide compassionate care and evidence-based information to women regarding their reproductive health and family well-being. Services include free pregnancy testing, pregnancy decision consultation, limited ultrasound, STD testing and treatment, abortion pill rescue, well-woman care, and community referrals.

Our education program, Thrive, promotes and supports the client's emotional, spiritual, and personal growth through online classes, individual DVD instruction, and a monthly evening group class. Clients who lack support are assigned a Client Care Advocate who walks alongside them. While the clients learn, they have the opportunity to shop in our Baby Boutique for items such as diapers, wipes, clothing, and baby equipment.

Through our Empowered program, Healthy Relationship Educators teach in middle schools, high schools and colleges, using healthy relationships curriculums that help to equip youth and young adults in making wholesome decisions toward optimal health. The educational focus is designed to help young people navigate the minefields of relationships, peer pressure, personal challenges, and the discovery of purpose.
