Donors across the world are coming together again at this time of year to support nonprofits through #GivingTuesday, an opportunity to join a worldwide giving day to support the organizations that make our world a better place.

GA Gives Day on #GivingTuesday helps generate financial support for the work we do year-round to protect and enhance the Satilla River watershed. Your donations during this time will help us during this uncertain time to continue to be a driving force in maintaining the health of the Satilla River to sustain thriving ecosystems and recreational enjoyment for generations to come.

From Nov 1 - Dec 3, 2024, all donations to the Satilla Riverkeeper will be matched until our $10,000 goal is reached! 

The Satilla Riverkeeper is a 501c3 nonprofit organization in Southeast Georgia. Our mission is to PROTECT, RESTORE, and EDUCATE about the ecological values and unique beauty of the Satilla River. We work to insure adequate quality and quantity of water in the Satilla River for all uses.  We, along with our members, volunteers, and all community members serve as the eyes and ears of the watershed and estuary. We are vigilant to threats to the health of the Satilla River system, and work to prevent negative environmental impacts through advocacy, public education, and collaborative partnerships. Each year, we also conduct water quality monitoring throughout the watershed, host volunteer river cleanups, and host river appreciation events.
