Special Needs Cobb provides safe, stable, lifelong homes for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. For 70 years, we have been a trusted pillar of support for families across Cobb County and Metro Atlanta—ensuring their loved ones are cared for today, tomorrow, and for life.

We own and maintain 23 group homes, where residents receive the safety, dignity, and sense of belonging every person deserves. Many of our residents have no active family support, making Special Needs Cobb their forever community. Our team works year-round to keep each home comfortable, accessible, and in compliance with strict HUD and state safety standards.
