Street Smart Youth Project remains committed to the needs and development of youth, families and communities during this time. Public health continues to be prioritized; community and humanity will prevail.  During the pandemic, SSYP has adjusted and focused on prioritizing the needs of the communities we serve by conducting weekly outreach, food delivery, mentoring, academic support and case management services! It is critical to promote equity for under- resourced youth and families who are often impacted greatly by social determinants of health!
