To reduce the distress of a breast cancer diagnosis as well as the stresses of everyday life, United in Pink provides essential support services that allow families to recover, heal, and thrive.

 Because a breast cancer diagnosis is devastating to ALL members of the family, United in Pink provides programming to support and address the difficult journey EACH family member faces after their loved one has been diagnosed.

OUR MISSION:

United in Pink is the breast cancer family resource provider of emotional, social, and financial support to individuals and their families in Central Georgia after a breast cancer diagnosis.

Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer among women worldwide, excluding skin cancer. About 90% of women who develop breast cancer have no family history of the disease.

PROGRAMS:

United in Pink is funded solely by private donations, fundraisers and grants.  Through the generosity of our donors, we provide our offerings at NO charge to the families we serve with NO barriers to access. By utilizing partnerships within the medical community, United in Pink receives most referrals from nurses and physicians seeking high-quality survivorship care that enhances their patient’s long-term health and quality of life.
