The Women Into Networking (WIN) GA Gives Campaign is a powerful initiative aimed at supporting women entrepreneurs and the men who champion them by providing the tools and resources they need to build sustainable businesses AT NO COST to them.

This campaign will help at least 50 women entrepreneurs, who may face challenges like caregiving responsibilities, income loss, or emotional duress, to launch or improve their businesses through WIN’s EMPOWER HER Business Development & Implementation Program.

Over 12 months, participants will receive personalized mentorship, funding resources, and community support designed to guide them through tough emotional and financial situations while building their business. From in-person and online networking opportunities, this program offers business stability and growth, along with business education on crucial topics such as business planning, marketing, grant access, and leveraging technology and artificial intelligence.

Additionally, entrepreneurs will benefit from consistent brand exposure and access to WIN Consultants (trained, vetted, and highly experienced community leaders) for ongoing guidance, ensuring their businesses are built on a solid foundation. By contributing to this campaign, donors are directly empowering women to overcome barriers and create thriving, independent businesses that contribute to community growth and economic resilience.

By helping 50 women entrepreneurs start or improve their businesses, this campaign aims to provide them with sustainable business models that they can manage independently. Here’s how the campaign will impact these women:

EMPOWER HER Business Development & Implementation Program 2025

Over 12 months, participants will receive tailored guidance to create or refine their business plans. This includes:

Mentorship

Direct access to seasoned entrepreneurs and consultants through WIN's Business Development program, offering strategies to overcome challenges like those related to caregiving, income loss, or emotional distress, which often disproportionately affect women in business.

Funding Resources

WIN connects participants with resources for grants, small business loans, and networking to ensure long-term sustainability. Funding disparities significantly impact women, so these resources will empower them to access capital more easily.

Community Support During Emotional & Financial Duress

A 12-month support program ensures that participants have access to a dedicated community, enabling them to navigate personal crises without losing their businesses. Emotional resilience and practical support during times of duress will foster business continuity and growth (BioMed Central).

In-Person/Online Networking for Business Stability

Networking plays a crucial role in business development. WIN provides ample opportunities for participants to connect with peers, potential clients, and investors. These connections help build brand visibility and facilitate business growth through collaboration.

Business Planning & Marketing

Participants will learn to develop detailed business strategies and marketing plans to reach their target audiences effectively.

Access to Grants & Funding

WIN educates women on navigating the often-complex process of applying for grants and securing alternative funding sources.

Technology & Artificial Intelligence

Leveraging AI and technology, participants will receive training on automating their business processes, improving operational efficiency, and using data to drive growth.

Consistent Brand Exposure

Through WIN's many platforms, women entrepreneurs will gain continuous brand exposure, crucial for building long-term customer bases and increasing market share. WIN also provides access to media opportunities, social media promotion, and community platforms for visibility.

Ongoing Access to WIN Consultants

Throughout the program, participants will have direct access to experienced WIN consultants who will provide personalized guidance, ensuring their businesses grow and remain stable even in challenging times.

Supporting this campaign with the $560,000 fundraising goal will directly uplift not just the 50 women participating, but also their communities. Women reinvest up to 90% of their income into their families and communities, compared to 30-40% for men, amplifying the social impact of this initiative.
