Hello friends, family and colleagues. Most people know someone with a disability. It's my pleasure as a retired Air Force veteran with a disability to work with the talented staff at Tommy Nobis Center (TNC). We work diligently providing jobs and opportunities for individuals with disabilities in the metro Atlanta and 23 states.

TNC is also in many Atlanta metro county schools providing Early Youth Employment Services (EYES). Nearly 220,000 students enrolled in schools across Georgia have a diagnosed disability. Once they leave our school systems, these youth will face an unemployment rate almost three times that of their peers without disabilities. At Tommy Nobis Center, we believe students with disabilities deserve equal access to education, training, and employment opportunities. Through our EYES program students ages 14-21 are empowered to gain the confidence, self-advocacy, and job skills they need to thrive once they enter the workforce.

Youth with disabilities face an unemployment rate nearly three times that of their peers without disabilities. Through their programs, Tommy Nobis Center is changing the narrative by training and educating to youth with disabilities preparing them to take the first steps on their professional journey. I have seen first‐hand how youth scholarships are transforming the lives of students with disabilities and their families. That is why I am supporting Tommy Nobis Center for GA Gives on Giving Tuesday. If you’re inspired to help, please click the donate below to support our critical mission.

Please offer your donation to the Tommy Nobis Center during the Georgia Gives drive. Please help me meet my goal by November 29th. Thank you!!
