Circles of West Georgia is a non-profit organization located in Carrollton, Georgia. We are a chapter of a national organization called Circles USA, who is tasked with ending poverty. We provide our Circle Leader (the person in poverty) an in-depth training and program to help them achieve their "smart goals". The Circle Leader could have one of many different goals, such as finding a new job, getting a job promotion, being a first-time homeowner, or getting a higher level of education.
