GA Gives #CCFatl

In 2024, Connecting Communities and Families (CCF) empowered over 100 individuals through financial literacy education and expanded support for re-entry individuals, youth aging out of foster care, and low-to-moderate income families. Our efforts focused on providing vital training, job readiness programs, and resources to break barriers and foster self-sufficiency. Collaborating with partners like United Way and Comcast, we strengthened community ties and broadened our impact. Thanks to our donors and supporters, this campaign brought hope and stability to many lives. CCF remains committed to transforming communities and creating opportunities for all as we prepare for an impactful 2025.
