Help a Child in Foster or Kinship Care

When a child is displaced from home, they often arrive in care with very little of their own.

At Foster Care Support Foundation, children in foster and kinship care receive clothing, shoes, toys, books, school supplies, safe infant care equipment, and more, free of charge. This time of year, that includes warm coats, hats, gloves and winter pajamas to get them through the cold months.

Having what they need helps a child feel comfortable at school, confident with friends and settled at home. It brings back a sense of normalcy when so much has changed.

It helps the family too. The grandparents, relatives and foster parents caring for them can focus on the child, with a little less financial strain.
