GRO Fund pilots bold programs to eliminate poverty and narrow the racial wealth divide. Donate to help us provide communities the freedom of a stable income and the opportunity of financial security.

At the GRO Fund, we know  baseline economic stability enables people to better accomplish what matters most to them. It allows them to provide for their families in safe, dignified ways.

 We build bold, community-driven programs to narrow racial wealth gaps. We have two programs:

1. In Her Hands guaranteed income initiative which provides 850+ women in Georgia a guaranteed income of $850 - $1000 a month.

2. An Accelerated “Baby Bonds” Pilot which will provide 250 young people with tens of thousands in “start up capital for life” to use on wealth building purchases.

We started the In Her Hands guaranteed income initiative to provide over 650 Black women across the State of Georgia with an income floor for two years. No strings attached. We believe in lifting up Black women, because when Black women thrive, we all thrive, and the results are beyond anything we could have hoped:
