Help us interrupt poverty!

Our Giving Garden is a 501c3 nonprofit community farm and education space committed to interrupting poverty in the metro-Atlanta community through fresh produce donation, food access programs and nature based education resources for children and adults. Located in Mableton, Georgia our farm serves community members through partnerships with local food pantries and supports children and youth through providing a safe community space to learn and grow. Founded in 2016 by a group of friends as a community garden, the farm has grown to offer regular education and camp programming, a Free CSA food access program, an educational animal program, hosts a forest preschool onsite and as a WWOOF site for farm internships. As of 2022, we have donated almost 10,000 pounds of fresh produce, and we are just getting started! Help us reach our goal to grow 4,000 pounds of food and feed the neighborhood in 2022 by supporting our organization through donations, attending our programs, and volunteering on the farm.

For this campaign, we are asking for donations to improve our animal program and our food access programs. Our animal program is used for education, outreach, enriching our growing spaces, and egg donation towards our food access programs. We continue to grow our food access programs, and will be expanding our growing space, launching a mobile educational kitchen program in 2023, and expanding our free pantry space!
