At GMEN Erik wore many hats, he first served as the GMEN Business Development Manager where he was primarily responsible for creating, administering, and implementing the organization's short term/long-term development plan, utilizing the various GMEN initiatives.
He then served as the GMEN Training & Technical Assistance Officer where he managed the Reentry from Incarceration Through Entrepreneurial Services (RITES) Project.
And his last assignment, of which he was extremely proud was the founding of GMEN Men where he created an opportunity for Men to meet monthly, focusing on empowering male entrepreneurs. His last day at GMEN was the launch of GMEN Men, in lieu of flowers his family has asked for donations to be made to GMEN Men. All proceeds will go to support his work and continue his legacy.
