At Secret Miracles, Inc., we believe in the power of dreams. 

We believe that every child, regardless of their background, deserves a chance to pursue their dreams and achieve their full potential. That's why we're excited to invite you to continue to support our most ambitious endeavor yet.  The 2023 Georgia Gives campaign generated amazing donations and we are continuing to work towards our goal to support "Unlocking Bright Futures." 

Our goal? To continue the drive to raise $50,000 to support scholarships and resource funding that will touch the lives of countless children, students, entrepreneurs, and low-income families in need.

Our Story

Secret Miracles, Inc. has been a beacon of hope in Georgia since its inception in 2007. Officially incorporated in 2015 and granted IRS 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status in 2017, our mission has been unwavering: to provide professional mentoring to help students achieve their career goals.

Founded by Ernise Cummings, Secret Miracles, Inc. understands that education is the key to breaking the cycle of inequality, and we're committed to making education accessible to all.

The Challenge

In many underperforming schools across the United States, minority students from low-income families face barriers that limit their access to high-quality education. They are at a higher risk of dropping out of high school or graduating without the readiness required for college or a career. This injustice has persisted for too long, and it's time for a change.

Our Solution

Mentorship programs play a vital role in reducing high school dropout rates, juvenile delinquency, the effects of poverty, knowledge gaps, and in preparing students for college and their careers. Secret Miracles, Inc. is dedicated to being that guiding light for students during their school years and beyond. We open doors, inspire dreams, and create opportunities.

The Impact

Your support during the GA Gives 2023 campaign and beyond will make a profound difference. With the funds raised, we'll continue offering scholarships and other needed resources to deserving students, creating more success stories like these:

• We provided $500 to a young lady in need of school supplies, giving her the tools to thrive academically in high school.
• We supported the initial opening of a micro-school, which offers an alternative educational path to students seeking a personalized learning experience, with needed books for their library.
• Provided funding resources to the  "Swim for Life" program, which teaches disabled children, how to swim, boosting their confidence and physical abilities.
• Supported a multi-lingual student from Haiti with a $1,000 stipend, towards her college education, opening doors to a brighter future.
• Overall, Secret Miracles, Inc. has provided many college and high school students with financial resources, supporting their education/career goals.

Our Commitment

While our primary focus is on disadvantaged minority students in Fulton, DeKalb, Clayton, and Henry County, GA, our mentoring program is open to any student in need. We do not discriminate based on religion, gender, age, race, disability, sexual orientation, or preferences. All students are part of our extended family, and their success is our ultimate goal.
