Spalding Collaborative is a Family Connection Partnership. We connect local partners and community organizations. We enhance communication between partners to share data, and build capacity. We link people with community resources. We respond to community needs such as:
Child food insecurity (Backpack Food for Kids),
Literacy (placement of 30 Little Free Libraries in strategic areas),
Prevention of child abuse (Healthy Start Healthy Baby- informational material to all new parents),
Youth activities to train youth leaders for today and tomorrow (Youth Advisory Council),
Addressing the needs of senior citizens (Senior Issues Committee).
