At Pooler Paws, our tireless efforts are powered by the kindness and support of our dedicated followers and compassionate volunteers. As we celebrate the remarkable progress we've made, we want to extend our deepest gratitude to all those who have believed in our cause and contributed to the transformation of the lives of our feline friends.

During this giving season we are reaching out to share the heartfelt journey and aspirations of Pooler Paws, a nonprofit organization committed to making a difference in the lives of feral and homeless cat populations in and around the Pooler, Georgia area.

For over a decade, our work in Pooler has served as a lifeline for these vulnerable cats, offering hope and care where it's needed most. As of October, 2023, we are proud to share that we've successfully conducted TNVR procedures on over 120 cats, and Additionally, we've found loving homes for over 450 other cats, giving them the care and affection they deserve.

But our journey doesn't stop here. With additional funding and your generous support, we aim to broaden our reach, touching the lives of even more cats in need. By curbing feline overpopulation and reducing cat homelessness in our area, we aspire to create a more compassionate and harmonious environment for our beloved furry friends and the community at large.

What began as a small group of dedicated rescuers providing nourishment and TNVR services has evolved into Pooler Paws—an organization that rescues, rehabilitates, and finds forever homes for cats throughout Chatham County. Our standalone rescue house stands as a haven, providing continuous care and support to cats in need. Here, our devoted volunteers play a crucial role, contributing in various capacities, from daily cleaning to offering medication and the vital socialization needed for cats eagerly waiting for their forever home.
